Using this store
These terms apply when you browse or purchase through ATMOS. Shopify provides the technology for our storefront and checkout. Please provide accurate order and contact details and use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Shopping with ATMOS
Please review the product details, measurements, selected colour and size before ordering. Product prices are displayed for your chosen country; the final currency, delivery charges, taxes and total are presented at checkout.
Prices and payment
Review the complete total and currency before submitting payment. Changing your selected country may change prices, taxes and available delivery options. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Availability and order changes
Products are subject to availability. If there is a problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you using the details you supplied. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order; changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights.
Product appearance
Our products respond to temperature. The visible colour response can vary with temperature, lighting and viewing conditions. Refer to the product description and sizing information when making your selection.
Orders and assistance

Delivery and returns
Our Delivery and Return Policy pages form part of these terms. We target delivery in around one week, with delivery potentially taking up to two weeks. These timings are estimates. Our return request period is 14 days after receipt, subject to the policy and your mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use the Services unlawfully.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. It takes precedence over these terms on questions concerning personal information.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a policy conflicts with mandatory law, that law takes precedence.
Changes to these terms
Updates are published on this page with a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to orders already placed. Keep a copy of the terms and your order confirmation for your records.
